Today’s "Afternoon Pick Me Up" Recipe

I'm having a late afternoon pick me up right now. I'm a master of creating meals from random ingredients I have lying around the kitchen. Here's one of my recipes.

Ingredients:

- Toasted Mini Bagel
- Cream Cheese
- Pepperoni x 3
- Avocado
- Basil

Preparation:

1) Toasts mini bagel
2) Spread with a thin layer of cream cheese
3) Add 3 pieces of Pepperoni
4) Cut up Fresh Avocado Pieces
5) Sprinkle with the tiniest amount of basil

Holiday Bonus’ 2008 Reflection

One of my favorite things about the holidays is getting Christmas Cards from companies that I promote and the occasional gift. This year while other companies were cutting back a very generous company sent me an amazing gift basket. The gift basket included candy, snacks, smoked salmon, caviar, and 2 bottles of wine! The food was delicious and the gesture left a lasting impression. I hope this company sets a trend of things to come!

When you think of fakes you might think of similar products that look and function in the same way, but did you know that they make identical knock offs? Please check out this video from Mike Mozart of Jeepers Media on the topic of iPod fakes. The thing that shocked me the most in this video is the U2 Special Edition iPod knock off. This video is a wake up call. I don't think I'll ever buy an iPod from eBay. There's no way to know what you're really getting.
